Undamaged products:  All products must be unused and in original packaging within 5 days of receipt.  Product must arrive to us in the same condition that it left our warehouse so we can reship.  Cost to ship the returns is the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged products:  Damaged products will be exchanged for a replacement if we are notified within 3 days of receipt of the damaged products. If we request the product back we will pay the cost to ship back.

Used products are not eligible for refunds.
